| JobSeek is an
on-line employment service offered by PRCAI to members of the PRCAI to assist
them in recruiting Staff. By accepting details of an applicant
(Candidate) introduced by PRCAI through JobSeek, a PRCAI member (the Client) agrees
to be bound by these terms of business. PRCAI seeks to introduce
appropriate Candidates to Clients as efficiently as possible. PRCAI does not attempt
to confirm the truth of information volunteered by Candidates and offers Clients
no warranty whatsoever that this information is truthful. Clients must satisfy
themselves of the truthfulness of the information provided to them. The
Client undertakes to notify PRCAI immediately in writing when a Candidate is engaged
and to pay PRCAI the fees outlined below immediately the Candidate, who is engaged
in any capacity, joins. The fees will be payable for any Candidate,
introduced by PRCAI, who is employed by the Client within 12 months of referral. All
introductions are made on the strict understanding that information provided by
PRCAI to Clients shall be received in the strictest confidence and shall not be
communicated to any third party without PRCAI's prior agreement in writing The
fees outlined below will be payable by the Client if the Client passes the information
about the Candidate to any associated, subsidiary or parent company, or to any
third party, who employs the candidate. The fee payable by
the Client to PRCAI is INR Rs.5000/- and is due within 30 days of the date the
Candidate starts work - this fee being subject to increase from time to time. If
the Client fails to pay PRCAI the introduction fee due, as outlined above, increased
fees will become due: * INR RS.10, 000/- if payment is received
by PRCAI within 60 days from the start date. * INR RS.20, 000/- if payment
is made thereafter. Should the candidate leave the Client's
employment within 30 days of joining, PRCAI will refund 50% of fees due provided
that: * Fees have been paid in full within 14 days of
the candidate starting work. Accounts not so settled become payable in full irrespective
of the length of employment.* PRCAI is notified in writing within 7 days of the
employee leaving * The Candidate was not made redundant PRCAI reserves the
right to withdraw service from a Client without notice and to alter these terms
and conditions from time to time having notified members in advance of any such
change. |
