extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, 
including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and

links. Registration and Password Confidentiality In consideration of your use

about yourself as prompted by the Resumé posting form (such information being 
the "Resumé") Maintain and promptly update the Resumé to keep it true, accurate, 
current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, 
not current or incomplete, or PRCAI has reasonable grounds to suspect that such 
information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, PRCAI has the right 
to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future 
use of this website (or any portion thereof). Furthermore, you are responsible 
for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password and are fully 
responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account whether 
or not authorized by you. You agree to: Immediately notify PRCAI of any unauthorized 
use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Ensure that you 
exit from your account at the end of each session. PRCAI cannot and will not be

of the Service may contain advertising and other material provided/submitted to 
PRCAI by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material 
provided/submitted for inclusion on the site compiles with International and National 
laws. PRCAI will not be liable or responsible for any error, omission or inaccuracy 
in advertising material, and/or any claim by advertisers and reserves the right 
to omit, suspend, modify or change the position of any advertising material submitted 
for insertion. Acceptance of advertisements for use on the Service will be subject 
to this TOS. Links The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links 
to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because PRCAI has no control over 
such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that PRCAI is not responsible 
for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse

and agree that PRCAI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly,

presented on this site, including graphical images, unless otherwise stated, belong

software. The TOS and the relationship between you and PRCAI shall be governed 
by the laws of the New Delhi, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 
The failure of PRCAI to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS 
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of 
the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties 
nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' 
intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS 
remain in full force and effect.
